Best Construction Project

Celebrating the region’s most outstanding new construction projects and recognising the teams involved for their high standard of work, client satisfaction and budget control in a safe and healthy working environment.

Best Architectural Design

This award will recognise those projects which have been designed in sympathy with their local environment, are innovative, fit for purpose and have achieved practical completion during the previous year. It will also award those projects which have achieved an outstanding standard of work, timely completion and are within budget.

Best Construction Contractor
Celebrating the region's most outstanding main contractors, who have carried out exemplary projects in the commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure sub-sectors, and who have demonstrated the highest levels of innovation, quality of work, sustainability, health and safety and well-being, training and development of people. 

Best Supplier
Recognising those companies which have provided high quality support to the region's construction sector by promoting excellence, sustainable development, innovation, and corporate social responsibility. 

Best Apprentice
Recognising those apprentices from across the trades who stand out from the crowd with outstanding achievements and have demonstrated excellent promise, commitment and initiative.
